There is SO MUCH good information in these pages. I’m having a hard time keeping up – and I’ve studied it before!! I find myself contemplating our “continuum” and feeling proud of what I’ve been able to absorb and incorporate, my progress so far, so to speak. And now, new insights emerge from these same pages as I’ve been able to practice, reflect and find new strengths and strategies to carry on as our journey develops, ever-changing.
I encourage you all to take the time to study this material, apply what’s helpful, examine what’s new and different. For me, it has been invaluable and has helped instigate positive changes.
But most of all, I have learned to stop and take a deep breath and realize that I am in this for the long run. And that first, it is me that must change. Not my son. Not the system. First me. Patience was never my strong suit until life threw me a few curves. And time is not linear….
